Premier Homes' founder and CEO Frank Lambert has been designing and building dream homes in coastal Sarasota and Manatee counties for more than 27 years. Over the years he's become well known as a waterfront specialist. In fact, when Coastal Living Magazine was looking for a builder to interview for a feature on building foundations that last in a coastal environment they turned to Frank.

More important to Frank than awards or interviews, however, is customer satisfaction. A few years ago, Frank developed the side-by-side gated communities of Tocobago Bay and Whitaker's Landing on Sarasota Bay in Sarasota. The first house he designed and built for a client was the Pomeroy Home. When the Pomeroy family moved in, John Pomeroy wrote Frank a nice letter. You might want to take a moment to read it.
